We plan big and that’s why we’re always open for A-players to join our team! As of now we are looking for a Key Account Manager, a person responsible for managing relationships with our key clients. This is an ideal role for those who enjoy direct work with C-line and senior management.
💻 Your main tasks will be:
comprehensive management of an assigned client portfolio,
driving upselling and cross-selling activities,
participating in business meetings with key clients (often on-site in Warsaw),
identifying churn risks and preparing mitigation plans,
developing account plans aligned with clients' business goals,
working closely with the Customer Success team,
revenue forecasting and ensuring CRM data is up to date.
😎 What skills and experience are we looking for?
at least 3 years of experience in B2B client management within a SaaS environment,
a proven track record of success in retention and sales growth,
experience working with key accounts and client-side representatives (e.g., C-level, H-level, management),
ability to conduct business discussions with a strong focus on customer needs,
experience in developing account plans and revenue forecasting,
communicates fluently in both English (min. B2) and Polish (min. C2),
Nice to have: experience in MarTech / Marketing Automation, working in an international environment, and selling multi-product solutions.
